Here are the details:

1.Book a qualified* trip for your clients online and enter your current, valid IATA/ARC/CLIA number in the space provided when making the reservation. Or, you can call us toll free at 1-800-869-2312 which is available 7 days a week/from 5AM to Midnight EST Daily.

2. You will receive a confirmation email immediately. From this email, you can print your client's documents. If you prefer, we can mail or fax them as well.

3. Receive your 10% commission by mail 60-90 days after travel is completed.

4. We also have a dedicated email to address all your questions and concerns at travelagents@cheapcaribbean.com

Here are the features:

1. No production needed to achieve the 10% commission. Each and every qualified reservation will earn 10% commission on the purchase price net of tax and service fees. All activities, add ons, etc. also receive a full 10% commission!

2. You retain the email address of the customer booked and we do not solicit your customers to book directly with us. We are respective of your relationship with your clients and want them to keep coming back to you for years to come!

3. If you have a website, simply sign up for our affiliate program by following the details on this link http://www.cheapcaribbean.com/affiliates.jsp, and earn 5% commission on all bookings that come from your site!

Commissions

A 10% commission will be paid 60-90 days after travel is completed. Commission is not paid on taxes, service fees, promotional codes, or cancelled reservations. Commission is valid only for vacation packages (air and hotel), or hotel-only reservations, and only reservations going to the Caribbean or Mexico. Cruise reservations will not be eligible for Travel Agent Commission. All other activities and add ons (insurance, transfers, and excursions) are commissionable. A valid, current IATA/ARC/CLIA number is required in order to earn commission. Agencies which do not provide this at the time of booking will not receive commission, and will be notified should CheapCaribbean.com find that the IATA/ARC/CLIA number is not valid, or that the booking agent is not affiliated with the indicated agency. CheapCaribbean.com reserves the right to change the commission percentage as it deems necessary

Commission will not be paid on any reservations booked on partner sites that are affiliated with or linked to CheapCaribbean.com including but not limited to WWTE (Word-Wide Travel Exchange), SkyAuction.com, and Wimco Villas. A ten dollar ($10) commission processing fee will be charged to every reservation. This fee will be deducted from the agent's commission. In order to receive a commission check, CheapCaribbean.com must have a W-9 Tax form on file for your agency. You can download the W-9 Tax form HERE. Fax your completed W-9 Tax Form to 267-895-5174 and include your Booking ID Number as well as the Agency IATA number. If you have questions regarding this, please contact us before making your reservation.

Cancellations/Changes

REVISIONS/CHANGES
Changes to dates, destinations, hotel, etc. can be made at any time for a Change Fee of $50 per person (adults over the age of 12), plus any applicable airline penalties, hotel cancellation penalties, and/or any increase in price resulting from the change. Due to increased penalties imposed by the airlines effective May 1, 2008; the minimum airline cancellation penalty per ticket will be $175. Name changes are not allowed at anytime. Any increase in price for the land or airfare will be the responsibility of the customer. CheapCaribbean.com must be notified at least three hours prior to scheduled U.S. departure. Any additional changes or cancellations will incur a change fee of $50 per person (adults over the age of 12), plus any applicable airline penalties, hotel cancellation penalties, and/or any increase in price resulting from the change. New travel plans must be reserved and travel completed one (1) year from the original booking date and are subject to availability. Air travel must be booked with the original carrier and no refund or credit will be offered for reservations that result in a decrease in price. CheapCaribbean.com is not responsible for fees and/or penalties incurred as a result of departure from the resort before the scheduled departure date. No booking credit and/or refund will be granted for departures from the resort before the scheduled departure date. No Shows - 100% penalty applies, and are not eligible for any future travel credit. CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. may charge a fee for the service it provides when you purchase, book or reserve travel services or accommodations through the Site. Any such service fee is non-refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessment arising out of your use of the Products and Services available from the Site.



CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee per person (adults over the age of 12). Applicable airline penalties will also be assessed. Due to increased penalties imposed by the airlines effective May 1, 2008; the minimum airline cancellation penalty per ticket will be $175. Hotel cancellation penalties may also apply. A credit towards future travel will be issued for the balance remaining. New travel must be reserved and completed within one (1) year from the original booking date. Upon rebooking, any increase in price for the land or airfare will be the responsibility of the customer. All reservations are subject to availability. Air travel must be booked with the original carrier and no refund or credit will be offered for reservations that result in a decrease in price. All future credits for travel must be used for vacation package or land only bookings on CheapCaribbean.com owned and operated websites with CheapCaribbean.com showing in the URL window. Future credits are not allowed on third party websites including but not limited to cruises, WWTE, and auction websites. CheapCaribbean.com is not responsible for fees and/or penalties incurred as a result of departure from the resort before the scheduled departure date. No booking credit and/or refund will be granted for departures from the resort before the scheduled departure date. No Shows - 100% penalty applies, and are not eligible for any future travel credit. If a Future Credit is issued and legal action is taken against CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. the credit will be null and void until a resolution is finalized. CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. may charge a fee for the service it provides when you purchase, book or reserve travel services or accommodations through the Site. Any such service fee is non-refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessment arising out of your use of the Products and Services available from the Site.

Responsibility and Liability
The Operator (CheapCaribbean.com) accepts responsibility for arranging hotel, airfare, and other products and services offered thereby with their third party vendors (hotels, airlines, etc,). They will in no way be held responsible for any negligence, inconvenience, delay, loss, or injury caused by such vendors, and the agent agrees to hold accountable, and resolve such instances with such vendors directly, not the operator.
